Don’t those look tasty?! We dry rubbed these delicious pork ribs with a special rib rub blend we make in house. I can’t give away all of our secrets, but the rub includes paprika, kosher salt, brown sugar, granulated garlic, onion powder, chili powder, black pepper, cumin, and cayenne. How could that possibly be bad? We then roast these tasty morsels in the oven for five hours until they pull right off the bone. Mmmmmmm.
