Cook Out, Take Pictures, and Become a Backyard Celebrity

Backyard grilling season is on, and the Punk’s team wants you to share your cookout memories. From cute kids with watermelon all over their little faces to Uncle Larry passed out in his folding chair — if it happened at your backyard cookout, we want to see it!

And here’s your chance to become famous…

Send us your fun-filled, backyard summertime pictures, and the Punk’s team will select some of your photos and display them in the restaurant in time for the grand opening in October.

And there’s no excuse not to participate — we’ll send you a 15% coupon to say “thanks” no matter what.

As we receive submissions, we’ll post some right here on the blog, so check back often!

Here are the important details:

Photographs can be submitted for consideration through Monday, September 15. Along with your photo, send us a few words about what the heck the photo depicts and why it fits with Punk’s casual, backyard, neighborhood theme.

Also, please include your name, contact information, and email address with every photo submitted (how can we send you a coupon if we can’t find you?)

Here are more important details:

Photos can be submitted as digital JPEG files to info@punksbackyardgrill.com. Digital images must be 300 dpi resolution and 800 x 600 pixels. In addition, 4 x 6 inch printed photos can be sent via U.S. Mail to:

PBG Annapolis LLC
c/o Backyard Cookout Photo Contest
611 Pennsylvania Avenue SE Box 329
Washington, D.C. 20003

And the stuff our lawyers make us say:

Once submitted, all photos become the property of Punk’s Backyard Grill and may be displayed or used by the company for any purpose. Punk’s Backyard Grill will not be able to return photos once submitted.
